The rooms were exceptionally cleaned every day. And even though it was a designated smoking room it smelled fresh and clean and not of smoke. Plus it is literally steps away from the Obu station which made moving around the entire prefecture so easy.

Standard Japanese business trip hotel. Breakfast is good. Good value. Staff can speak basic english. parking is very cheap, 300Yen per night. Hotel is just next to the train station, good location.
